Get ready for an unforgettable football experience where players have the opportunity to train, learn, and challenge themselves alongside other motivated young footballers, all under the guidance of highly qualified and educated coaches.

Over 3 days, players will take part in 5 high-intensity training sessions carefully designed to challenge them, develop their performance, and help them become better footballers.

Training sessions will be delivered by Maestro coaches, following Maestro Methodology®, as well as by guest coaches from European football academies. Our guest coaches will bring their academy experience directly to the players and conduct sessions based on the same principles and standards they use in their professional academy environments.

WHO CAN JOIN?

Maestro Football School is open to boys and girls aged 8–13, regardless of their current level, but with the desire to improve, the willingness to work hard, and the passion to live for football.

This is more than just three days of training. It is a chance to learn from some of the best coaches, experience a professional academy-style environment, make new friends, and take your football to the next level.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

After registration, every player will be added to a Spond group, where we will share the complete training schedule and all necessary information.

All players are required to train in the official Maestro Kelme kit (light blue – white – white).

Our Maestro Stavanger Coaching Team brings together Maestro Football founder Ivan Stojadinovic, alongside Gintare Burokaite, Anton Tkachenko, and Igor Spiridonov.

Together, they are committed to delivering top-quality football training based on Maestro Methodology®, with high standards and a clear focus on player development.

ADAM SEVC

Adam Sevc is Maestro Football Manager for Eastern Europe. He brings elite international expertise from his previous working experience with Real Madrid Foundation, Slavia Prague Academy, and several top UK academies. Over the past few years, Adam has been successfully driving regional growth by delivering Maestro Methodology® across Romania and Slovakia.

Maestro Football

ABOUT US

Maestro Football® is an organization dedicated to education and development in football, committed to raising standards at the grassroots level (children and young players).

Maestro Methodology® is a game-based training methodology that creates and adapts training situations to encourage desired football behaviors in players. Through its principles and tools, it removes as many artificial stimuli as possible, keeping training as close to the real game as possible.

Maestro Methodology® enables players to develop technique, tactical understanding, game reading, football fitness, and overall football ability – all within a real football context.

We are currently active in Croatia, Norway, Slovakia and Romania, where we provide support in football development.

We collaborate with clubs across Europe and in Canada through coach education, methodology implementation, and long-term development partnerships.

New markets are planned for inclusion during 2026 as part of our international development and expansion strategy.
